Sous Chef

This position is second in command in the kitchen. This manager ensures that all food production workers are performing their duties as prescribed by the quality standards established by the Executive Chef. Assists the Executive Chef with administrative duties which include but are not limited to, supervision of the culinary staff, ordering, staff scheduling, inventory and invoice processing. The Sous Chef assumes all duties of the Executive Chef in his/her absence or whenever deemed necessary. The sous Chef must be a self-starting, enthusiastic and creative person with a true passion for their craft and must feel comfortable interfacing with members to discuss special needs and occasionally participate in member cooking classes.
